Distinguished Research Master
Since 1972, the Council on Research has presented the Distinguished Research Master career awards in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in research and scholarship at LSU. The recipients are chosen by the Council from nominees proposed from the University community. Nominations may be made for the DRM of Engineering, Science, and Technology, or the DRM of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The career award provides an annualized salary supplement as well as the University Medal.
